You can grill the zucchini or steam them for a while but my aunt was used to prepare this pasta with fried zucchini!
Take the zucchini, wash them and cut them into cubes or not-too-thin rounds and then fry them in extra virgin olive oil.
Sauté them quickly because they should not soften too much and then season with a pinch of salt and basil.
For the pasta you can choose fusilli or linguine but if you prefer a smaller pasta, it will work well too.
Cook the pasta al dente, then add it to the zucchini, complete with basils and parmesan cheese and... Buon appetito!!!
