General conditions for Italian classes:
1) Enrollment To enroll, it is necessary to complete the appropriate form. The form must be completed in all its parts and signed by the participant. The enrollment form must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the full amount. 2) Confirmation of enrollment Once the application and deposit have been received, the Centre will forward confirmation of registration. 3) Settlement of payment Payment must be settled within three days from student's arrival. 4) Payment Payment can be effected by credit card, by cash or bank transfer to: Credito Italiano - Agenzia di Sorrento 62M C.C. 000004736732 CAB 03401 ABI 03226 5) Discount for married couples or brothers and sisters Should participants be either married or brothers and sisters, a discount of 10% will be made on one account. 6) Insurance Students are advised to take out medical insurance in their own country before departing. 7) Participation Sorrento Lingue never cancels a class. Thus, there is no class min. However, we reduce the number of hours according to class size or number of participants. 8) Cancellation of participation Cancellations should be sent by registered mail. If a cancellation is made more than 21 days before the beginning of the course, the school will refund the deposit except the registration fee, which can be applied to a future course within 12 months of the original course starting date. Deposits and fees are not transferable from person to person. If a student does not attend, withdraws or shortens his/her course after the course has begun, tuition and accommodation fees will not be refunded. No refunds of course and accommodation fees are allowed for a delayed start or premature departure. LAST MINUTE ENROLLMENTS (within 1 week before the beginning of the course): if a student does not attend, withdraws or shortens his/her course, the school will not refund the deposit paid and will require the total payment of course and accommodation fees.
