General Questions
Do I need a working visa or work permit?
No, you do not need a work permit or working visa: in legal
terms the internship is considered part of the language training
and since you will not earn money, no special visa is necessary.
However, non E.U. citizens will be required to have a study/studio
visa to come to Italy, this visa - the one for the language
course - will be valid for the internship as well.
For more information please visit your local Embassy’s
website.
Can I do my Italian courses in the morning, and the
work experience in the afternoon?
Most companies expect interns to be available all day and to
adapt to their work schedule, so you will complete your Italian
course first before starting the intern experience. This way
you first have a chance to adapt to your new surrounding and
participate in the activities and excursions we offer.
